Over the years sun exposure and the wear and tear of everyday living may have resulted in the visible signs of aging such as sun spots, fine lines and wrinkles, acne scarring and the loss of your natural healthy glow. HALO® uses customized laser technology to precisely target and eliminate skin damage revealing a more youthful, radiant appearance
HALO®, the world’s first Hybrid Fractional Laser, is a quick, easy, and comfortable treatment that improves the appearance of skin. You’ll notice an increase in reflectivity that can only be achieved with HALO®. The first wavelength targets the epidermis, or top layer of the skin, to address surface issues and pores. I have been undergoing non surgical procedures for the past 7y internationally but SDBotox is one of the best medical spas I’ve had the pleasure to cross paths with. Not only does SDBotox offer cutting-edge services and highly competent doctors and nurses, but the whole staff is incredibly professional and the spa follows high standards. I highly recommend SDBotox.
I had a great appointment with Dr. Oleg. He is professional, knowledgeable and I felt completely comfortable. I've had a few shots in the past and just assumed I have a very low pain threshold for needles, but somehow Dr. Omade it painless!
HALO TREATMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Let your doctor know if you have a history of cold sores if you will be receiving treatment on your face. You’ll need a prescription to get rid of any active infection or prevent an infection after your treatment.
Avoid anti-inflammatory and blood-thinning medications before your treatment. Blood-thinning medications include Aspirin, Advil, Ibuprofen, Motrin, supplements like fish oil and Vitamin E, and other NSAIDs. Talk to your provider about any prescription medications you may be on.
Avoid any additional laser treatments or chemical peels to targeted areas in the two weeks before and after your treatment.
Avoid sun exposure in the two weeks before your treatment. If you arrive with a sunburn, your treatment will likely need to be rescheduled.
Be gentle with your skin in the week before your treatment. Avoid harsh, scented cleansers, exfoliants, acne treatments and retinoids/retinols.
Use tepid water and avoid harsh washcloths when you cleanse your skin in the week before your treatment.
Come to your appointment fresh-faced. Your provider will clean the targeted area, but avoid applying any makeup, lotions or deodorants to any areas that will be treated.
Disclaimer: SDBotox will not perform the treatment if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
The number of treatments you’ll need depends on your specific skin concerns, what you’re hoping to achieve.
Some skin conditions may require fewer sessions. Your provider will walk you through a treatment plan that will address your concerns in the most efficient way possible. They can also talk with you about maintenance plans for even longer-lasting results.
