Liquid Rhinoplasty

Nose fillers, also known as a non-surgical nose job or liquid rhinoplasty, have become increasingly popular in recent years as a way to enhance the appearance of the nose without undergoing surgery. Nose fillers are made of hyaluronic acid, a naturally occurring substance in the body that helps to hydrate and plump the skin.

Nose filler can be used to address multiple concerts including:

  • Dorsal Hump
  • Downturned Tip
  • Concave Bridge
  • Crooked Bridge
  • Asymmetry

Nose fillers are a popular option for those who are looking to make subtle changes to the appearance of their nose without undergoing surgery. A liquid rhinoplasty provides instant gratification, and immediate results. The procedure is relatively quick and painless, with most patients experiencing minimal discomfort during the injection process.

Liquid Rhinoplasties are performed by Dr. Alex Roher, MD. Practicing medicine since 2008 and aesthetics since 2011, he has transformed hundreds of noses and patient profiles. Understanding the anatomy of the nose is important when considering this treatment, as it can help to determine what changes can be made and how best to achieve them. Dr.Roher is an expert in not only facial anatomy, but the anatomy of the nose. Knowing where to inject to ensure patient safety and create optimal results.

“As an Aesthetic Physician, non surgical rhinoplasties have to be one of the most rewarding treatments I perform. Noses come in many shapes and sizes, and I find that many people are self conscious about their nose. Being able to give my patients the confidence they deserve is an unexplainable feeling…”

Liquid Rhinoplasty FAQs

Results last for approximately 2 years depending on your lifestyle. Patients who have a more active lifestyle, will often dissolve filler much faster than those who live a more sedentary life.

The filler used during this procedure can last up to 2 years. It can also be dissolved prematurely using hyaluronidase.

The downtime for nose filler is the same as any other dermal filler. The area may be sensitive, swollen, or bruised for a couple of days. Patients will want to avoid wearing glasses, goggles, or eye masks for at least 1 week after treatment. It may take up to 2 weeks for patients to see their final results.

Hyaluronic acid dermal filler is used to transform the nose. Dr. Alex uses both Juvederm Voluma and Juvederm Volux to create the best results.

The procedure is relatively quick and painless, with most patients experiencing minimal discomfort during the injection process. For more sensitive patients, we offer topical numbing, which can be requested when booking your appointment. Topical numbing will require patients to come in 30 minutes early to allow ample amount of time for numbing to take effect.

Many of our patients come in after receiving a trauma to the nose that has caused it to become crooked, concave, or asymmetrical. Filler is a great option to help reconstruct the nose and bring it back to its former glory.

While many patients seek surgical intervention to reconstruct the nose, a number of patients still are unsatisfied with their results. Many patients come in looking to fix the results from surgery. Filler can be a great option to help you achieve your dream nose without having to go back under the knife. Please keep in mind that any previous surgeries should be fully healed before receiving filler. We recommend waiting at least 1 year after surgery before receiving a Liquid Rhinoplasty.
