Superiority of Other Agreements

If you enter into a separate written agreement with SDBotox, including intake or consent forms, that agreement controls in the event of conflict, except that arbitration provisions shall always govern.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement regarding Website use.
