The Perfect Peel is one of the safest peels available today. We perform hundreds of chemical treatments every year in our San Diego office. There are many facial peeling options, but we feel the Perfect Peel is the best chemical peel solution for our patients. Other treatment includes:

The application takes less than 30 minutes in our office. Once the solution has been placed on the face, patients are sent home with explicit instructions for removal and aftercare. In four hours, patients can remove the Perfect Peel, clean, and dry the skin. An after-care kit will be sent home, with specific products to treat the skin, enhancing the healing process.

As long as a proper skincare regime is followed and sun exposure is avoided, patients can see long term results. We recommend a series of two to four treatments, spaced a month apart.

The first benefits from a VI Peel can be seen in two to five days. As the fresh, healthy skin develops, the results will continue to improve. In seven to ten days, you will be able to see the full benefits of your VI Peel.

The patient may feel a slight tingling or stinging sensation which will subside after only a few seconds. Numbing occurs once the first move of Perfect Peel solution is used. A cool breeze or fan may be used for the comfort of the patient.
